Producer

Felicity has been baking in the San Juans for 24 years, primarily producing special event cakes but all kinds of other custom baking. Holidays are always a very busy time with multitudes of flavors and fragrances so she's excited to share this deliciousness around the islands through SJIFH.

Working from a commercial kitchen she designed 13 years ago, all items are made from scratch and with locally sourced fresh produce when possible. Vegan and Gluten free options will be offered periodically in order to accommodate those with special dietary needs.
