Blue Heron Bistro is the evolution of the Poutine Your Mouth food truck based on Lopez Island. After 5 years on Lopez Island locally sourcing and preparing delicious comfort food it was time for a brick and mortar in the heart of the Lopez Village. We now have the APIZZA Pie food truck too. Our focus is locally sourced, sustainable, delicious comfort food with a twist. Our prepared meals and pizzas are the same ones you will find when you visit our establishments in person.

We cater large and small events throughout the San Juan Islands.
