Eric & Shanley grow far more food than they can eat in their garden in Beaverton Valley, so they're excited to share the excess bounty with the community through the Food Hub.

They grow vegetables in no-till beds using a deep mulch system and only OMRI-listed inputs, and they have a young but growing orchard of fruits and berries that they're cultivating under holistic orcharding principles.
