Producer

We have a herd of 30 dairy goats and a few dairy sheep as well. They are pastured whenever possible, especially through the spring, summer and fall, and are fed hay grown and baled here on the farm. Our concentrated rations are sourced as locally as possible. The herd is milked twice daily from April through November in our WSDA certified milking parlor. The milk is chilled and processed into cheese within a few days to maintain the freshest, sweetest product in our WSDA certified milk plant.

We practice regenerative farming. We work together with the county and land owners to improve pastures and forest land through sustainable grazing practices.
