Fine Mess Bakery

Fine Mess Bakery, formerly known as Holly B's, has been locally owned and operated on Lopez Island since 1976. Our love for this island and its community extends to the environment and all the island has to offer as well. We purchase products locally as much as possible and do our best to reduce waste, recycle, and compost all of our food waste and coffee grounds to island farms. We source our flour from Cairnspring Mill in Burlington, WA.
