Our registered Black Angus cattle are born and raised here on San Juan Island.

Our beef grazes on local pastures that are kept natural and free of pesticides. We hay our own fields to optimize for winter feed that is high in protein, low in sugar, and the perfect moisture content. We rotate the cattle's grazing every 30 days. They have lots of space to live an honorable life and are grain finished to create a mild marbling. The grain consists of organic/non-GMO grains to ensure a nutritious high protein diet.
