We are a member-owned co-op baking fresh sourdough breads on Orcas Island. The flours we use are from local mills—Cairnsprng, Fairhaven, and Bluebird Farm—and we hope to start using Chimacum Grain Mills soon as well!

We bake a variety of breads; our most popular offerings is our hearth bread, a 800g sourdough batard made using Cairnspring flour.

We always strive to use the best ingredients possible in ALL of our offerings; supporting farms that practice regenerative agriculture is extremely important to us.
